Supervised development of the world’s first airborne infra-red laser warning receiver. Conceived and implemented the nation’s most advanced infra-red laser test facility and coordinated its operations. Invented and engineered future drone systems, virtual/augmented reality systems, laser sensors, and other electro-optical systems advances. Turned around a stalled hardware feasibility project and managed a large portion of the $2M follow-on contract, saving a $2B program. Held clearances above “Secret”.
